1. About Purplelicious Charmery

Purplelicious Charmery is a handmade accessories brand specializing in creative, customized, and charm-decorated products designed to express your individual style.

Our motto is: “Charm It. Junk It. Make It Yours.”

Throughout these terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Purplelicious Charmery. The words “you” and “customer” refer to anyone visiting our website or purchasing our products.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase.

3. Products & Handmade Designs

All Purplelicious Charmery products are handmade with care. Because our products are individually crafted, minor variations in charm placement, color, texture, size, and overall appearance may occur.

These variations are part of the handmade process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs are provided to illustrate our designs. The final appearance of a handmade product may vary slightly from the photographs shown.

We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, pricing errors, and listing inaccuracies.

4. Freestyle & Custom Orders

Purplelicious Charmery offers freestyle and personalized designs, including our “Pick My Vibe” and “My Own Vibe” options.

For freestyle orders, customers may select the options specified in the product listing, such as color preferences and device model. Purplelicious Charmery retains creative control over the final design unless additional customization has been purchased.

For personalized orders, customers are responsible for submitting accurate names, spelling, images, colors, phone models, and other requested details.

Once production or customization has begun, design changes may not be possible.

By submitting photographs, names, or other materials for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the necessary materials.

Payment must be completed according to the payment options provided at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order when necessary due to suspected fraud, payment issues, unavailable materials, or other legitimate circumstances. If we cancel a paid order, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our store policies.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

6. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product offerings may change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect an order already accepted, except where a correction or adjustment is legally required.

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

7. Processing & Shipping

All products are handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

We currently offer shipping within the United States. International orders may be considered by request and are subject to confirmation of shipping availability and costs.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and reviewing any shipping charges before completing their purchases.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Requests received within this period may be approved at our discretion, provided production has not begun.

After the 24-hour window, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once production or customization has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified under our standard policy, subject to applicable law.

To request a cancellation or correction, contact purpleliciouscharmery@gmail.com and include your order number.

9. Refunds & Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted under our standard policy.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Any approved resolution will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Shipping Damage, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

We take care to package every order securely before shipment. However, we cannot directly control the handling of packages after they are accepted by the shipping carrier.

If a package arrives damaged, is delayed, or appears lost, please contact us so we can review the available information and advise you on possible next steps.

Responsibility for shipping issues and any applicable remedies will be determined in accordance with our published policies, carrier procedures, and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All original website content created by Purplelicious Charmery, including our branding, logos, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, and marketing materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our original content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
